Baltimore and the suburbs
Baltimore City is its own jurisdiction. Baltimore County's seat is Towson. Anne Arundel includes Annapolis and the Glen Burnie retail. Howard's Columbia and Ellicott City are different towns. Harford and Carroll sit north and northwest.
Montgomery and Prince George's Counties face Washington. Rockville, Silver Spring, and Upper Marlboro are not the same trip. Frederick is the next county up Interstate 70.
The Shore and the west
The Eastern Shore counties are wide. Salisbury in Wicomico, Easton in Talbot, and Ocean City in Worcester draw different weeks of the year. Queen Anne's, Caroline, Kent, Dorchester, Cecil, and Somerset each have their own seat.
Western Maryland is Washington County around Hagerstown, Allegany County around Cumberland, and Garrett County around Oakland. Full-service placement still depends on the location review.
