NEW JERSEY

Where the New Jersey dispensary names come from

Market · CRC, licensing, town pages · 2026-10-28

The names on the county and town pages come from the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission's public permit list, updated October 2026. They are there so you can see the licensed market around your store.

What the list is for

Each town page names dispensaries the CRC lists in that town. The county page gathers those towns. Nothing on the list means the shop is a U.S. Payments customer.

The public source is the CRC page for permitted and licensed cannabis businesses: https://www.nj.gov/cannabis/businesses/permitted/

How to use it

Start with your county, then the town where your dispensary sits or where you are looking. Compare full-service placement and ownership for that location. Call 973-452-4131 when you want to talk about the room and the cash.

Local rules still differ by town. Confirm the ordinance with your municipality before you plan a store.

Questions from dispensary operators

Are these dispensaries clients?

No. They are names from the CRC public list, so you can see who is licensed nearby.
