A January 27, 2026 MCA briefing reported $1.17 billion in 2025 sales and 109 operating dispensaries at that time. The later locator is a different snapshot. Do not treat either number as your store's sales.
Placement or ownership
For a qualifying dispensary, full-service placement includes a new ATM, installation and programming, company-supplied cash, 24/7 monitoring, and maintenance. Surcharge revenue is shared on terms agreed before installation. There is no published split.
